There may be a few reasons why the trade button isn't green (active). The most common ones are:
- The market is closed
- You haven’t filled in all the details for the trade (arrow up or down, amount, multiplier)
- The product is on 'Phone only' (only tradable by phone)
If none of the above is the case it might be that there is a technical issue going on. Just let BUX Support know and they will try and help you as soon as possible. Meanwhile, it is always good to completely close the app and restart it, to make sure all data is synced and updated.
