At BUX we want to make it as safe as possible for all credit card payments. Therefore on all payments made by credit card we ask for a 3D Secure Code. This is an authentication method by which we can be certain that you are the owner of the card.

If we decline your payment because it's not using 3D secure, your money will be held by your bank as a pre-approved payment. As a result, They set it aside pending us taking it. This money that is set aside will then time out due to us declining the payment, and the funds will then be released back to your account. Each bank is different so we cannot give you an exact time-frame, generally it is a day or two, however, we have been advised that in worst case scenarios it can take up to 10 days. 

So keep in mind that all deposits require 3D Secure password to be accepted.
